Welcome to ServrHost. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our hosting services, cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, VPS hosting, domain registration systems, enterprise networking solutions, managed infrastructure services, and all related digital platforms operated by ServrHost.

1. Introduction

By accessing, purchasing, or using any ServrHost services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any section of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

These terms apply to all individuals, businesses, organizations, agencies, developers, resellers, contractors, and end users utilizing ServrHost infrastructure or associated services.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be legally authorized to enter binding agreements under applicable laws and regulations.

  • All registration information must be accurate and complete.
  • Customers are responsible for account-related activities.
  • Services may not be used for illegal operations.
  • False identity usage is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent registrations may result in suspension.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, password protection, and access security. Any activity performed under a customer account shall be considered the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use our services responsibly and lawfully. Activities that negatively affect infrastructure stability, violate laws, or compromise network integrity are strictly prohibited.

Restricted Activities

  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or malicious software.
  • Spam campaigns and phishing operations.
  • DDoS attacks or exploit hosting activities.
  • Unauthorized access attempts or credential theft.
  • Illegal gambling, fraud, or cybercrime operations.
  • Hosting prohibited or harmful content.

6. Server Resource Usage

Customers may not abuse infrastructure resources in ways that impact performance, uptime, or stability for other customers sharing infrastructure systems.

  • Network flooding activities
  • Excessive outbound email traffic
  • Background processes causing instability

7. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges before invoice due dates. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or billing violations.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, infrastructure deployment stage, operational expenses, and applicable promotional conditions.

  • Duplicate payments may qualify for refunds.
  • Domain registrations are generally non-refundable.
  • Dedicated servers may become non-refundable after deployment.
  • Third-party licenses and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Abuse-related suspensions do not qualify for refunds.

9. Security Responsibilities

ServrHost implements infrastructure-level security protections; however, customers remain responsible for maintaining application-level and account-level security practices.

  • Use strong and secure passwords.
  • Keep applications and CMS systems updated.
  • Remove outdated plugins or extensions.
  • Maintain antivirus and malware protection.
  • Monitor systems for unauthorized access attempts.

10. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if operational risks, abuse complaints, infrastructure misuse, legal violations, or payment failures are identified.

  • Security threats or illegal activity
  • Repeated violations of platform policies

11. Limitation of Liability

ServrHost shall not be liable for indirect losses, revenue interruption, data corruption, infrastructure downtime, cybersecurity incidents, or damages resulting from third-party failures, customer negligence, or force majeure events.

Customers use all services at their own operational risk and acknowledge that no infrastructure environment can guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and operational compliance requirements. We may process information for billing, infrastructure management, support delivery, abuse prevention, security monitoring, and legal compliance obligations.

13. Third-Party Services

Certain services may integrate third-party providers including domain registrars, payment gateways, CDN providers, cloud vendors, and infrastructure security providers.

ServrHost is not responsible for outages, delays, or operational failures caused by independent third-party systems.

14. Force Majeure

ServrHost shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable operational control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, wars, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or utility failures.
