Customers must be legally authorized to enter binding agreements under applicable laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, password protection, and access security. Any activity performed under a customer account shall be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
ServrHost provides multiple infrastructure and hosting services based on operational availability, infrastructure capacity, regional compliance requirements, and technical limitations.
Customers must use our services responsibly and lawfully. Activities that negatively affect infrastructure stability, violate laws, or compromise network integrity are strictly prohibited.
Customers may not abuse infrastructure resources in ways that impact performance, uptime, or stability for other customers sharing infrastructure systems.
Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges before invoice due dates. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or billing violations.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, infrastructure deployment stage, operational expenses, and applicable promotional conditions.
ServrHost implements infrastructure-level security protections; however, customers remain responsible for maintaining application-level and account-level security practices.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if operational risks, abuse complaints, infrastructure misuse, legal violations, or payment failures are identified.
ServrHost shall not be liable for indirect losses, revenue interruption, data corruption, infrastructure downtime, cybersecurity incidents, or damages resulting from third-party failures, customer negligence, or force majeure events.
Customers use all services at their own operational risk and acknowledge that no infrastructure environment can guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.
Customer information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and operational compliance requirements. We may process information for billing, infrastructure management, support delivery, abuse prevention, security monitoring, and legal compliance obligations.
Certain services may integrate third-party providers including domain registrars, payment gateways, CDN providers, cloud vendors, and infrastructure security providers.
ServrHost is not responsible for outages, delays, or operational failures caused by independent third-party systems.
ServrHost shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable operational control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, wars, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or utility failures.
For legal inquiries, abuse complaints, payment issues, or terms-related requests, customers may contact our official support department through authorized communication channels.
